With the way the World is going and at the rate at which Cyber Crime is on the rise, I think it's about time we call a Spade what it is which is nothing more than a Spade, in other words, we need a new Police Force called "The Cyber Police Force". 

We are gradually embracing the Digital Financial Age and we should be ready for a lot in terms of Cyber Crime, Security of Sensitive information, Advanced Fee Fraud, SCAM and the likes. This might not really be a Government thing but rather a synergy of both the Government and a Private Security Firm or more Flexibly a Security firm or a Division under the Traditional Police Force.

The Cyber Police Force - Anti-Fraud, Anti-SCAM, Anti-419 and the the likes.

Roles & Responsibility of this Institution

The Responsibility, roles and operational scope of this Institution will be to oversee the affairs of the citizenry when it comes to cubing Crimes on the Internet Sphere leaving no room for Exploits and Money Extortion from Foreigners and Citizens alike. People who falls victim can contact The Cyber Police Force with every detail possible of any Fraud Case and the Investigative teams who will happen to be the best of Ethical Hackers, Programmers, Bankers, Researchers, Internet Gurus and off course the Current Scammers and Fraudsters whom we have that are willing to stop Defrauding the Integrity of the Nation and join the Force. 

• Cyber Crime Investigation and Prosecution
• Shutting Down Fake Spoofing and Fishing Websites
• Arresting and Prosecuting Suspects with Jail Terms and Bail terms
• Educating the Nation and it's Citizens on Safety and Security online
• Developing Robust Security Solutions like AntiFraud and AntiVirus which detects all suspicious activities on sites you visit and on your PC then alerts you of possible dangers ahead
• Tracing Stolen Transferred Money from Citizens Bank Account to the last Account it went to through the Mandatory assistance of the Bank 
• Tracing all illegal Western Union Transactions and seizing all illegal Funds to the Government's Treasury
• Creating Bilateral Relationship with Cyber Security Forces abroad to help in tracing across the Border Cases.
• Cracking Down of Pirated websites selling or giving out FREELY Pirated Musics, Home Movies, Softwares and the likes
• And lots more... 

Revenue Generation, Sustenance & Impact

This Institution will positively impact the Nation and will also have a direct impact on the Economy when it clears the Nation's Integrity thereby giving Investors the Courage to come in and Invest and not consider how Fraudulent the Nation could be, on the other hand bails and fees paid by Culprits, sales or Subscription of Security Solutions like the AntiFraud Software created by the Institution. 

There should be more than a hundred thousand (100,000) Job Creations in Estimate from this Institution and here the Jobless Youths who weren't opportuned to attain Higher Institutions like their peers but have enough Talents and Skills to Defraud Foreigners and the Nation's Citizens alike will be the Target of Employments in other to Balance the Equation, they will be empowered more, trained and used properly to defend the Nation's Cyberspace from Threat within and without.

In a nutshell, I think we are in a better place to shape our World and if only we can see beyond the Present, we will be so proactive, improvising and resourceful to the extent of building a System that will shape our Future and impact our next Generation. Systems and Policies matters a lot and makes the whole difference, do your part and leave the rest for whoever is in position to put it to affect.
